ROOFNAV REQUIREMENTS
The RoofNav application has some minimum requirements for optimal functionality and performance. You may attempt to access RoofNav via other Web browsers, as one example, but FM Approvals provides only minimal support for member problems due to configurations that do not meet the following requirements.
System Requirements
- Microsoft Internet Explorer 5.5 or higher
- Microsoft Windows 2000 or XP Operating System (please see the minimum requirements for your Web browser to determine how much memory or disk space is needed)
- Web browser must have JavaScript enabled (also called "Scripting")
- Adobe Acrobat Reader 6.0 or higher, with the search option, for viewing documents in RoofNav
Recommended
- Screen resolution set to display 1024 x 768
- System set to the maximum display colors (in Windows, this is called "True Color" or "High Color")
- Only a single RoofNav session should be used at one time, (i.e. do not run RoofNav in multiple browser windows)
- Utilize the RoofNav navigation that is available on all pages. Use of the browser "Back" and "Forward" buttons is not recommended.
